Continuous Automated Surface Pretreatment for Plates & Profiles

The Roller Conveyor & Mesh Belt Shot Blasting Systems support flexible modular configurations. Depending on the workpiece type, it utilizes motorized conveyor rollers or high-wear-resistant mesh belts for material transport. Equipped with a high-wear-resistant blasting chamber and an advanced abrasive recycling and air-wash separator system, it can also simultaneously integrate preheating, painting, and drying process modules to form a highly customized surface pretreatment system. This series comprehensively covers the Roller Conveyor Shot Blasting Machine, H-Beam Roller Conveyor Shot Blasting Machine, Steel Plate Pretreatment Line, and Mesh Belt Shot Blasting Machine.

This series delivers continuous surface descaling and rust removal for profiles and plates. By configuring specific distributed blast wheel firing angles, the workpiece surface cleanliness stably reaches Sa 2.5 / Sa 3.0 while controlling the mechanical stress deformation of thin plates. The surface roughness meets Rz 40-75μm (customizable based on coating specifications), ensuring subsequent coating adhesion.

This series of lines is widely applied in industries such as shipbuilding, steel structures, heavy machinery, automotive components, and foundries. The equipment specifically meets the continuous surface treatment requirements of marine steel plates, H-beams, large batches of complex structural parts, and impact-sensitive castings, supporting seamless inline operations with upstream CNC cutting or downstream coating lines.
