The Q698 system addresses this by delivering a continuous-feed workflow that brings raw steel profiles to a uniform Sa 2.5 cleanliness standard under ISO 8501-1. Driven by high-velocity blast wheels (turbines), the system creates the precise surface roughness profile required to maximize the adhesion of heavy-duty secondary protective coatings.
Heavy-Duty Integrity: Built for Extreme Operating Conditions
To withstand continuous impact abrasion and high ambient factory temperatures, the blasting chamber is fully lined with thick, wear-resistant high-manganese steel plates. The heavy-duty roller conveyor utilizes variable-frequency drive (VFD) speed regulation to smoothly transport oversized structural steel without slippage. Additionally, the system features an enhanced multi-stage air-wash separator and a pulse-jet cartridge dust collector to maintain structural recycling efficiency and an emission level certified well below 10 mg/m³.
