What happened:
In September 2018, Kunming Shipbuilding (part of the CSSC group) needed a way to clean massive parts for their tobacco and logistics machinery. They were struggling with batch cleaning—it was too slow and couldn’t handle the heavy loads.

What we did:
To solve this, we designed and installed the QH37100 hook-type pass-through shot blasting machine.
The Switch: We moved them from slow batch work to a continuous flow. Parts go in, get blasted, and come out without the line stopping.
360° Cleaning: We used high-efficiency blast wheels so that even the weirdly shaped parts get a perfect Sa 2.5 finish with no blind spots.
Built for 24/7: The system was engineered specifically to handle the heavy-duty components KMSC uses for their military and civilian projects.
The Result:
The machine has been running at the Kunming hub since 2018. It’s been nearly 8 years of 24/7 operation, and the coating adhesion is still hitting defense-grade standards. It’s turned a major bottleneck into one of the most reliable parts of their production line.
