The rotary table shot blasting machine employs a high-speed rotating platform to drive the workpiece. Simultaneously, the shot blasting unit propels abrasive media at high velocity. These media strike the rotating workpiece surface at high speed, thereby removing contaminants such as adhering sand, scale, burrs, and other impurities. This process yields a bright surface with a specified degree of roughness.
Structural Components
- Rotary Table: The platform for positioning the workpiece, typically circular in shape.
- Shot blasting units: Generally mounted on the chamber’s top and sides, forming the core components of the machine.
- Abrasive circulation system: Includes separators, elevators, and abrasive delivery mechanisms.
- Drive mechanism: Driven by a reducer, the friction wheel transmits power to the turret via a clutch mechanism, ensuring smooth rotation.
- Dust extraction system: Equipped with high-efficiency dust collection equipment.
