Two sets of hanging systems allow loading on one side while cleaning occurs on the other.
Shot Blasting Chamber: Equipped with wear-resistant liners to prevent shot splatter and dust leakage. High-speed shot blasting wheels are mounted on the top or sides.
Abrasive Recirculation System: Comprises a screw conveyor system, elevator, separator, and other components.
Dust Collection System: Captures and treats dust generated during shot blasting, ensuring emissions meet standards and protecting the environment.
Electrical Control System: Manages overall equipment operation, fault diagnosis, and more.
