Automatic sand molding machine introduction:
Automated molding machines are specialized equipment that leverage mechanical transmission, hydraulic, and electrical automation technologies to achieve fully automated or minimally manned operation throughout the entire process of sand mold casting—including automatic molding, compaction, mold removal, and mold closing. As core equipment in the foundry industry’s transition from traditional manual molding to modern, large-scale, high-precision production, these machines are widely used in sectors requiring batch production of castings, such as automotive components, construction machinery, agricultural equipment, and pipeline valves.
Automatic Sand molding machine Classification
Horizontal Parting Automated Molding Machine: Sand molds part horizontally. After assembly, the pouring system is positioned along the parting line. Featuring relatively simple construction, it is suitable for batch production of small to medium-sized castings.
Vertical Parting Automated Molding Machine: Sand molds part vertically. Cavities are arranged vertically, eliminating the need for stacked upper and lower sand boxes. Suitable for medium to large castings or castings with complex cavities.
