The steel plate pre-treatment line is an automated production line used for surface pretreatment of steel plates and profiles in industries such as steel, machinery, shipbuilding, and steel structures. to provide a clean, wear-resistant, and corrosion-resistant surface substrate for subsequent steel plate processing through processes like rust removal, scale removal, painting, and drying, ensuring product quality and service life.

 Core Components of the Steel Plate Pre-treatment Line

  1. Loading Conveyor System: Hydraulic loading system
  2. Preheating Treatment: Preheating and de-icing for frozen steel plates
  3. Surface Shot Blasting Cleaning: Removes scale, rust, oil, and impurities from the plate surface to provide a clean substrate for subsequent coating
  4. Steel Shot Removal: Cleans residual shot from the plate surface using roller brushes and high-pressure fans, directing it to the bottom recovery spiral.
  5. Coating Module: Select roller coating, spray coating, or electrophoretic coating based on requirements.
  6. Drying: Rapidly cures the coating to ensure paint film hardness and adhesion meet standards.
  7. Hydraulic Discharge: Smoothly conveys processed steel plates to the discharge end for stacking or transfer to subsequent processes.

 

Auxiliary Systems

  • 1)Dust Collection System: Captures dust and shot debris generated during shot blasting via dust collectors, achieving over 95% dust purification efficiency to meet environmental standards.
  • 2)Shot Recovery System: Utilizes lifting and screening devices to recover shot from the blasting process. After impurity removal, the shot is recycled for reuse, reducing consumable costs.
  • 3)Control System: PLC-based fully automatic control with a touchscreen interface. Allows presetting of process parameters (blasting intensity, coating thickness, drying temperature, etc.), supports data logging, and provides fault alerts.

  1. Surface treatment quality meets stringent Sa2.5-Sa3 standards

Coating thickness is uniform and controllable (typically 30-80μm) with strong adhesion (cross-hatch adhesion test ≥5B grade).
